Chubb Monitoring Businesses prioritizes alarm traffic to ensure that operators are able to focus more attention on life threatening and asset threatening traffic.  This service offers the client the facility of automatically receiving an SMS every time his/her alarm is activated. Only signals received by the Control Centre will be sent.

Medical Services

Europ Assistance SA is a solid, established service provider that assists corporate companies, such as Chubb, in providing value added services and benefits to their clients. Europ Assistance provides all assistance services in-house, and therefore ensuring service quality. Europ Assistance provides Chubb with emergency medical services, personal health advisory services and map assist.

Holiday Services

Clients should inform Chubb in the event of going on holiday, by providing the details to Chubb they will provide additional security checks at a minimal fee for the period.

RESIDENTIAL Rendezvous Services

As a value-added product Chubb offers our clients a rendezvous service free-of-charge. The client can contact the Control Room and arrange for a reaction vehicle to meet-up with the client in a safe area. The vehicle will then accompany the client to their destination and ensure that the client is safe.

This service is limited to 5 per month and clients are to contact the control room 30 minutes before the escort is required. This service is subject to patrol car availability.

Lightning Plan

As with any other electronic devises, alarm systems and radio transmitting devises are susceptible to lightning strikes and power surges. All Chubb clients can subscribe to the lightning protection scheme that provides cover in the event of lightning damaging a system at a minimal monthly fee.
