Fire Detection

Using the latest technologies, Chubb Integrated Systems has the required expertise to install either networked or standalone fire detection systems for small, large, single or multiple sites.  In addition, fire extinguishing systems can be integrated into fire detection and alarm systems.  The organisation’s systems are designed to ensure rapid knockdown by flooding the area of a fire with the appropriate agent including clean gaseous agents, inert gases, foams, power, CO2 or water mist.

Control Panels

Conventional Systems

Our conventional systems are designed to provide professional, reliable detection of fire at low cost. Proven, microprocessor-based hardware and robust software ensure reliable operation.  Our sophisticated range of conventional panels features control and indication facilities for 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 zone systems. Up to a maximum of 32 automatic detectors and/or manual call points can be connected to each zone.

Advanced Analogue Addressable Systems

This programmable, software based system provides early warning of fire or smoke.  Automatic checking of wiring and sensors, corrupt data detection and disconnection of faulty zones is supported. Adjustable sensitivity, alarm verification and pre-alarm provide early warning without false alarms. Built-in diagnostics improves the level of maintenance and reduces cost. Included are remote diagnostic support (optional), sensor testing, status reports and contamination and near service reports.  The peer-to-peer network allows standalone systems to be integrated to provide system-wide alarm reporting, coordinated evacuation, cross-panel cause-and-effect functionality, for large systems and multi-building sites.
